Welcome to my Metal Detecting Online Channel, I’d like to share my beach hunting finds with you; I hope you enjoy the experience and love this fantastic hobby as much as I do. We find many coins, the occasional piece of lost jewellery and of course lots of junk, but the exciting thing is you never know what has been hiding underneath the sand sitting there waiting to be re-discovered.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of junk on our beautiful beaches and I’d like you to know we do our bit to keep our beaches clean by removing all the junk that we find. I hope you enjoy my channel, please subscribe and share and give us a thumbs up.
We also offer a lost jewellery recovery service. If you have lost something, drop us a line and there is a good chance we can reunite you with your lost item, especially if you have an idea of the approximate area where you lost it.
Respect the Rules
Ireland:
The unauthorised use of metal detectors to look for archaeological objects is against the law in the Republic of Ireland.
This is to prevent damage to our archaeological heritage by the unauthorised use of metal detectors, the National Monuments Acts 1930 to 2004 regulate the use of metal detectors for archaeological purposes throughout the State of Ireland and its territorial seas.
Unregulated and inappropriate use of metal detectors causes serious damage to Ireland’s archaeological heritage. Unsupervised recovery of archaeological objects by untrained and unlicensed users of metal detectors can greatly diminish, or can entirely eliminate any knowledge or research value that might be gained from a particular discovery.
Spain:
The use of metal detectors or any other treasure hunting for searching for archaeological items in Spain is, by law, not allowed, until and unless you have prior permission from the local authorities.
